Ashraq Living
Ashraq Living project is one of our projects in which we participated in designing engineering models and planning for Ab’ad Faniya Contracting Company, which implemented the project.
Masharif Hills Residential Project
It is the first residential design project for Madar Al Sharq in Riyadh. Approximately (1,000) thousand residential units have been developed by the company and secondary developers. A central park with an area of (52,000 m2) fifty-two thousand square meters, a mosque with a capacity of (1,100) thousand and one hundred worshipers, and a commercial center have been developed. All residential and commercial lands in this project have been sold.
North Industrial City
An industrial city in the north of Riyadh in Al-Qayrawan district with an area of 250,000 square meters. Jobs in maintenance centers – spare parts shops – uniquely designed workshops – 153 unique car maintenance centers – 220 commercial showrooms – 2 mosques – residential area.
Residential facade project
The residential facade project in Dammam city, in which we excelled in implementing plans, modifying them, and redesigning them in line with the owner’s requirements from the contractor. We had an effective role in this project under the umbrella of Dimensions of Technical Contracting.
